As an Administrative Leasing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career with our company, working closely with our leasing agents and other staff members to provide exceptional support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents as needed.
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events with attention to detail.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Develop and implement data into organized filing systems.
  • Assist leasing agents with applications, showings, move-ins, move-outs, and other daily administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Must be neat and organized, able to follow management instructions and corporate policies.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be available to work on weekends.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Data Entry is preferred.
