RV Service Advisor

At RV Country, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our busy service department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our RV Customer Service Philosophy and Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the RV Customer Service Philosophy and Standards.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with service employees and management.
- Participate in service meetings for Safety, Technical Updates, and employee communication.
- Attend weekly product update meetings with the management team.
- Create work orders, including working directly with customers during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes for customers, employees, and the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of the service process.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to and creative thinking for continuous improvement.
- High ability to multitask.
- Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships with external and internal customers.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
