Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive evaluations, treatment services, and clear documentation of treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive evaluations and treatment services to children and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Document treatment outcomes and maintain accurate records, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy space, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners, fostering strong relationships and promoting collaborative care.
- Participate in supervision and mentoring meetings, engaging in ongoing professional development and growth.
- Maintain a caseload and schedule, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Practice in clinic, home, community, and school-based settings, adapting to diverse environments and client needs.
- Maintain HIPAA standards and ensure client files are up-to-date, safeguarding sensitive information and promoting confidentiality.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- California Occupational Therapy License.
- Proficient in online scheduling and documentation systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing stress.
