About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Construction Supervisor to join our team at Charter Communications. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of aerial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of in-house construction teams and contract labor to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to design and implement construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the successful execution of construction projects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in OSP construction work in the telecom field.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • CDL License.
  • Industry-specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and company products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project supervision experience in HFC/FTTH construction.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in an office and field environment, with exposure to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions. You will also work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at various heights above ground on telephone/power poles.
