Network Operations Engineer

Gpac is currently seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to improving operational efficiency and reliability for one of the fastest-paced networks in the world. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is driven to identify and solve operational pain points through process improvements and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the reliability and efficiency of a dynamic network
  • Develop and implement process improvements and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with a professional team to identify and solve operational pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and domain expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with network design, installation, and maintenance for service providers or enterprise networks
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, network management/monitoring protocols, and routing protocols such as BGP, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS
  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Expert knowledge of data-driven analysis and systems integration
