Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centralized Office Professional to join our team at Bethany Christian Services. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient processes across all TFC sites.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Manage mail and ensure it reaches the correct department in a timely manner;
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules, including appointment bookings and meetings;
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data tracking and spreadsheet management;
  • Run reports and draft correspondence as needed;
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required;
  • At least two years of prior experience working in an office setting is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential;
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Reliability and attention to detail are key requirements;
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is necessary;
  • Documentation of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases or a willingness to receive vaccination is required;
  • You must pass a criminal history screen and have a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience in the US;
  • You must also subscribe to and integrate the agency's Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment.
