A leading provider of paramedical exams in Western Michigan seeks a highly skilled and organized Assistant Office Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, overseeing administrative tasks, and coordinating with medical professionals.

We are a renowned company offering mobile phlebotomy and in-home/office insurance physicals across Western Michigan. We partner with national insurance companies to provide them with medical data. Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch services while maintaining exceptional professionalism and bedside manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and office maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and provide training and guidance.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Organize maintenance services to keep the office clean and safe, ensuring appliances are in good working order.
- Address and resolve office-related issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, track spending, and report on financial performance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate office records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to relevant staff members.
- Interview and train new office employees, organizing employment paperwork.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to support overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
