Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and office maintenance.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and provide training and guidance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Organize maintenance services to keep the office clean and safe, ensuring appliances are in good working order.
  • Address and resolve office-related issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, track spending, and report on financial performance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate office records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to relevant staff members.
  • Interview and train new office employees, organizing employment paperwork.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to support overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Office Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
