- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 2 years of acute hospital patient care experience.
- Active RN license for the state(s) covered.
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's) and accredited case management certification.
