About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing your designated team and area within the warehouse to ensure seamless operations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operational workflows to guarantee accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Assess workload and delegate tasks to team members.
- Effectively train and mentor warehouse personnel, providing constructive developmental opportunities and recommending performance improvements as necessary.
- Utilize warehouse management systems accurately and maintain relevant documentation.
- Foster and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
- Operate various equipment and tools safely.
- Provide assistance and support to warehouse management as needed.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
- At least 1 year of experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
It would be advantageous if you also possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may encompass weekends.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires the capability to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 75 lbs. occasionally.
- Operate a reach truck or cherry picker to heights exceeding 23 feet.
- Adapt to varying temperature conditions within the warehouse.
