Meineke Automotive Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Meineke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
  • Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for automotive repairs, ensuring transparency and trust with our customers
  • Inspect and test new vehicles to identify necessary adjustments and ensure a seamless ownership experience
  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify opportunities for additional maintenance and repair
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, treating each customer with respect and professionalism
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of automotive systems and technologies
  • Effective analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ASE Certification or technical degree preferred, but not required
  • One year of experience in a service department, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
