About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Visual Merchandiser to enhance our merchandise operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our merchandise locations are effectively stocked to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise inventory records across all merchandise locations.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Administration and location teams to conduct thorough cycle counts in both park and warehouse settings.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and ensure product availability.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and notify management of any products nearing low stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the Park Support team to procure essential items like beverages and merchandise supplies.
  • Track new product deliveries and reorders to guarantee timely availability.
  • Ensure accurate pricing of products and assist with any necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the Merchandise Department's Annual Physical Inventory, including all preparatory and reconciliation tasks.
  • Support other departments with product requests for promotions and guest services.
  • Manage monthly reporting and annual inventory management processes.
  • Assist with mail order transactions and guest inquiries.
  • Participate in preparations for pin trading events and related activities.
  • Supervise the performance of team members and assist in their training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee hours and breaks.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes team engagement and exceptional guest service.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience in theme park merchandise operations.
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Flexible availability to meet the demands of the role, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of MMS is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with frequent walking and standing.
  • Commitment to meeting grooming and employment standards.
  • Must complete all required training and certifications in a timely manner.
