**Job Summary**
Austin Allen Company is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As an EHS professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement safety training programs to ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with air and water permitting regulations from Local, State, and Federal agencies.
- Develop and maintain corporate recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
- Report EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of Local, State, and Federal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000.
