Case Management Director

The Case Management Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for directing the operations of our designated department. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of employees, ensuring the quality of service provided, and handling human resources matters related to the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage a team of employees in their day-to-day operations
- Ensure the quality of service provided by the team
- Handle human resources matters related to the department, including employee supervision and development
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours
- May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings
- May perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs, and expenses
- May be responsible for limited marketing and sales activities
- May oversee case management clinical activities, dependent on the unit manager's qualifications
- Additional duties as required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or Associates degree (Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred)
- Current RN licensure in the state of operation
- 3 or more years of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation
- National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CVE, CCM, etc.), CCM preferred
- Demonstrated experience in management or supervision
