We are seeking a highly qualified tenure-track physician faculty member to join our Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging research and a passion for advancing research and innovation in the field.

About the Position

This is a tenure-track position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and lead an independent research program, secure grant funding, and mentor trainees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead an independent research program in medical imaging research
  • Secure grant funding to support research initiatives
  • Mentor trainees and contribute to the development of the next generation of researchers
  • Collaborate with investigators across the College of Medicine and the university
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging research, a track record of securing grant funding, and a passion for advancing research and innovation in the field. A medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) and board certification in radiology (ABR or AOBR) are required. The ideal candidate will have research interests and a track record of success in areas such as translational research in MRI applications, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in medical imaging, or molecular imaging applications.
