Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to lead our efforts in emerging aerospace technology. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement coherent program plans to drive the formulation and implementation of aerospace technology projects.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with senior management, relevant parties, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the cost, schedule, and technical performance of project teams, ensuring compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, and cost commitments.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, statements of work, operating budgets, and contracting to secure new business opportunities.
  • Act as a primary customer contact for program activities and direct technical customer interactions through project leads working under the program umbrella.
  • Develop new business opportunities or expand the program scope with relevant parties, leveraging excellent customer and stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor program activities to identify existing or potential risks and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to projects under the program umbrella, ensuring technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas are well-managed.
  • May be responsible for business development within the current customer base and/or for new customers, requiring excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Five years of related work experience.
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field (preferred).
