Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan orders from production to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate needs and deadlines
  • Serve as a central point of contact for interfaces, including production, dispatch, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and coordinate schedule changes to minimize disruptions
  • Maintain accurate data in respective systems to track repair processes
  • Determine deviations and analyze causes, implementing corrective measures to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate production schedules and initiate orders to meet customer demands
Requirements
  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, or similar qualification
  • Experience in the processes of a repair company, production control, or dispatch
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Meticulous and structured work style
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
