Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop curriculum, programs, and learning materials that meet industry design standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop measurable learning objectives, leader and participant materials, and tools that support adult learning principles.
  • Design and develop blended learning solutions that incorporate digital-first learning methods.
  • Measure and report on learning effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging evidence-based learning trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Instructional Design.
  • At least 4 years of experience with learning content development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Design Suite, and Camtasia).
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks.
  • Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of Training Design and Development for digital modalities.
  • At least one year of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
  • At least 2 years of experience with mobile content creation, curation, and delivery.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing software).
  • Project Management Professional Certification or knowledge of Agile methodology.
