Job Title: Corporate Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Technical Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical training material, including student guides, instructor manuals, assessments, and hands-on classroom activities for Microsoft Office Programs and in-house systems.
  • Incorporate gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement and track progress.
  • Set up and manage AV equipment for onsite training sessions and conferences.
  • Provide cross-platform technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and deliver training programs.
  • Foster an engaging, positive, and supportive learning environment, offering targeted training programs to help employees develop and enhance their job skills.
  • Create and lead interactive training experiences and facilitate group discussions, role-playing, and team exercises.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Liaise between users and system developers, troubleshooting technical issues and improving systems.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed during training sessions and meetings.
  • Assist with hybrid events, ensuring smooth technical operations.
  • Model behaviors and skills taught in training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate technical training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
  • Experience designing and implementing gamified learning programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse learners.
  • Online virtual classroom experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical/audio equipment.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize workload, and multitask.
  • Exhibit strong training abilities while consistently adhering to established training standards.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays, as needed.
