Job Description

As a Travel Licensed Therapist with Horizon Health, you will provide high-quality patient care in various settings. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and updating Master Treatment Plans, providing individual and group therapies, and working with the treatment team to ensure effective treatment modalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have a Master's degree in social work, mental health, or a related field, be licensed as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and have one year of experience in a mental health setting.

Location and Availability

This position is based in Clive, IA, with a start date of January 2025. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with potential for overtime.
