Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Accurately document patient care and vital signs in the electronic health record.
  2. Facilitate patient rooming and intake processes, ensuring accurate patient information.
  3. Perform point-of-care testing, administer medications, and complete lab and diagnostic testing as required.
  4. Provide patient education and counseling to ensure informed decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current LPN licensure accepted by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Mandatory Reporter Certification.
