Responsibilities:
As a Custodial Associate, your duties will include:
- Cleaning floors, dusting, and removing trash
- Wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting resident apartments, restrooms, and communal areas
- Vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing carpets
- Maintaining cleanliness of surfaces throughout the community
- Responding to resident room emergencies and logging cleaning activities as required
- Interacting with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
