Role Responsibilities:

As a Custodial Associate, your primary duty will be to maintain cleanliness and safety within resident rooms and communal areas of the facility.

Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the living environment for our residents. Here’s what you can expect in this position:

1. Maintain Common Areas: Regularly clean and organize public spaces, including offices and restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.

2. Resident Room Care: Ensure resident rooms are tidy and hygienic, addressing all cleaning needs and replenishing supplies as required. 3. Floor Maintenance: Perform routine vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors to uphold cleanliness standards. 4. Safety and Comfort: Keep living spaces safe and inviting, ensuring residents' personal belongings are treated with care. 5. Respond to Cleaning Needs: Address spills and other cleanliness issues promptly as they arise. 6. Proper Use of Cleaning Supplies: Follow guidelines for the safe use of cleaning agents and materials. 7. Exterior Cleaning: Attend to the cleanliness of windows, patios, and other outdoor areas as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a cleaning or facilities role is advantageous, particularly in a multi-unit setting. Experience with the senior demographic is beneficial, especially in a healthcare context. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required.

Career Advancement Opportunities: After mastering this role, potential pathways include Lead Custodian, Resident Services Director, Maintenance Director, or other clinical positions within Prestige Care.
