Job Summary

The Executive Vice President will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight to ensure the highest levels of performance and mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Financial Management
    • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and manage the annual budget
    • E nsure timely and accurate creation of financial statements and adherence to internal financial controls
    • O versee the development and effective use of tactical and strategic financial analyses to support decision-making
  • Program Management
    • S upport the CEO and senior leadership team in designing new and updated programs
    • E nsure delivery of high-quality programming in accordance with program design and stakeholder requirements
  • Fundraising
    • C ollaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to plan and execute fundraising activities
    • E nsure effective execution of planned fundraising activities and evaluation of success
  • Risk and Threat Management
    • E nsure compliance with local, state, and federal obligations and sector best-practices
    • I dentify and plan mitigation strategies to address external threats to the organization

  • Organizational Abilities
    • Strong planning, delegation, and facilitation skills
  • Financial Expertise
    • Expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Five or more years of senior management experience. Nonprofit management experience preferred

Salary and Benefits

$120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
