About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing Department in Maitland, Florida. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of high-quality proposals to municipal and state government business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration with internal staff, corporate partners, consultants, and vendors.
  • Apply experience and best practices in proposal management to ensure timely delivery of proposal submissions that meet solicitation instructions.
  • Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and other bid documents for requirements, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
  • Develop the proposal schedule, outline, and Proposal Development Plan.
  • Work with the proposal team and Capture Manager to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into the proposal.
  • Provide insight, leadership, and guidance to authors on all proposal content.
  • Take ownership of the quality of the proposal for color reviews and final delivery, performing rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents.
  • Prepare and lead efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls, ensuring activities adhere to the Proposal Development Plan.
  • Manage the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions.
  • Ensure high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.
  • Coordinate and support the production, reproduction, binding, and packaging of the proposal submission and response processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or communications field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 years marketing or proposal development experience in a professional services firm.
  • Ability to use standard English writing styles to write proposal sections, including information research and synthesis from multiple sources into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product.
  • High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) Certification - Preferred.
