Job Overview

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant/floater to support our childcare programs. The ideal candidate should be available for daily closing shifts and be prepared to step in for staff members who are unavailable due to vacation or illness, particularly in toddler and two-year-old classrooms. Flexibility to assist across various classrooms is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to lesson plans and classroom schedules.
- Supervise meal times and outdoor activities.
- Assist with diapering and potty training.
- Engage and interact positively with children.

Qualifications
- CPR certification (training provided).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- 23 hours of paid online training provided, compensated in the first paycheck.
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
