Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant/floater to support our childcare programs. The ideal candidate will be flexible and ready to assist in various classrooms, particularly with toddlers and two-year-olds.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to lesson plans and classroom schedules.
- Supervise meal times and outdoor activities.
- Assist with diapering and potty training.
- Engage and interact positively with children.
Qualifications
- CPR certification (training provided).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- 23 hours of paid online training provided, compensated in the first paycheck.
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
