Job Overview

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant/floater to support our childcare programs. The ideal candidate will be available for daily closing duties and be flexible in covering for staff absences, particularly in toddler and two-year-old classrooms.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to lesson plans and class schedules.
- Assist with meal supervision and ensure a safe environment during playground and gym activities.
- Provide diapering and potty training support.
- Engage and interact positively with children to foster a nurturing atmosphere.

Qualifications
- CPR certification (training provided).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Completion of 23 hours of paid online training, compensated in the first paycheck.
- Passing a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
