Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on individual giving and major gifts.
2. Collaborate with various departments to integrate philanthropic efforts into the broader organizational strategy.
3. Cultivate relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to enhance awareness of Greentown Labs' mission and impact.
4. Oversee the foundation grants program and manage a team of grant writers.
5. Build and maintain a robust portfolio of major donors, ensuring effective stewardship and engagement.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in philanthropic fundraising with a proven track record of success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in fundraising practices.
