Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Perform various duties to ensure seamless service, including clearing and cleaning tables, resetting tables, and restocking service stations.
  • Support serving staff in ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Must speak fluent English, with other languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties in a professional manner.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.
  • Ability to move about the facility safely and efficiently.
