Clinical Dietitian II

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Dietitian II to join our healthcare team. Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves the southern sector of Dallas County. Job Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition support, including tube feedings and intravenous nutrition therapy.
- Develop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
