Clinical Dietitian II

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian II to join our team at Aramark. As a Clinical Dietitian II, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition care to patients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met, and maintaining accurate documentation of their nutritional status.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient nutrition assessments, including inpatient and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement nutrition intervention plans in accordance with the Nutrition Care Process
- Provide nutrition counseling to individuals and groups, adapting teaching methods to meet patient learning needs
- Evaluate patient learning objectives and provide follow-up care as needed
- Work collaboratively with medical staff and food and nutrition services staff to ensure conformance to prescribed nutrition care orders
- Maintain accurate records of daily clinical activities, including information for scheduling and billing
- At least 2 years of clinical practice experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with coursework accredited or approved by the appropriate nutrition and dietetics agencies
- Earn and maintain applicable certifications, registrations, licenses, credentials, and continuing education requirements
- Formal eligibility to practice dietetics in the geographic location
