Perioperative Services Clinical Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coach to join our Perioperative Services team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our perioperative nursing program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to new graduate nurses and nurses transitioning to perioperative services
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of perioperative nurses
  • Collaborate with educators and preceptors to ensure a comprehensive orientation program for new nurses
  • Conduct regular rounds on orientees' patients to provide coaching and feedback
  • Participate in weekly meetings with orientees, preceptors, and educators to discuss progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of RN experience in hospital Perioperative nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • May have specialty certification, not required
