Clinical Coach Perioperative Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perioperative Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our perioperative nursing education program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing education programs for new graduate nurses and nurses transitioning to perioperative specialties.
- Provide coaching and guidance to preceptors and orientees to ensure successful transition to perioperative nursing practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based perioperative nursing practices.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to preceptors and orientees to ensure they meet the required competencies.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of perioperative nursing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of RN experience in hospital Perioperative nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- May have specialty certification, not required.
