Clinical Coach Perioperative Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coach to join our Perioperative Services team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our perioperative nursing education program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing education programs for new graduate nurses and nurses transitioning to perioperative specialties.
- Coach and mentor perioperative nurses to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Perioperative Services leadership team to develop and implement education strategies that align with the department's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of perioperative nurses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted education plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to perioperative nursing education.
- At least 3-5 years of RN experience in hospital Perioperative nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- May have specialty certification, not required.
