Lash and Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Professional to join our team as an Esthetician - Lash Artist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and providing top-notch lash and skincare services.

• Service Delivery: Provide expert lash and skincare services, including soft touch and medical grade treatments, to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for lash and skincare services.
• Product Sales: Prescribe and sell recommended skincare products to clients based on their unique needs, and achieve sales quotas on a monthly basis.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through approved company platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client experiences.
• Continuing Education: Attend in-spa workshops, classes, and other required training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest lash and skincare techniques and products.
• Client Satisfaction: Utilize before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments on approved company devices.
• Business Development: Solicit referrals and reviews from clients regularly to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.

• Education and Training: Completion of esthetician training program and certification in lash and skincare services.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on lash and skincare services.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Availability: Availability to work one weekend day per week.
