Job Description
This leadership role is part of our electrical systems team, responsible for designing and developing 3-phase power products. As a seasoned engineer, you will lead a team of 10-15 engineers and technicians, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Your expertise in electrical engineering principles and experience with 3-phase power systems will drive product innovation and reliability.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project schedules, resource plans, and capital budgets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements
  • Driving product innovation and reliability through extensive experience and new ideas/technologies
  • Managing the team's day-to-day responsibilities and reporting status
  • Assigning priorities and assisting team members with solving problems and escalating issues when needed
  • Ensuring technical documentation and test results are complete and properly recorded

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 8-10+ years of product development/engineering experience
  • 2+ years of lead or management experience
  • Experience in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, or Power Systems/Electronics

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
