Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical direction and oversight to our healthcare team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our healthcare partners, ensuring seamless coordination of care and services.
- MD or DO degree with current state licensure and DEA registration.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with advanced certification in geriatrics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead administrative role and 1 year of primary care experience with a frail, elderly, or long-term care population.
- Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of physical, mental, and social needs of frail older adults.
- Effective skills in physical assessment and chronic disease management for frail older adults.
