Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for Petco's services businesses, including the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support the development of business plans and initiatives.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and provide guidance on financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving financial excellence and improving business performance.
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
