Malone Painting, LLC is seeking a talented Sales Representative / Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Drive $1.5M in Sales: Convert leads into signed contracts by identifying customer pain points, tailoring proposals, and consistently meeting targets.
- Perform On-Site Estimates: Assess project needs, take precise measurements, and create competitive, customized proposals.
- Deliver Tailored Proposals: Showcase Malone Painting's value and address customer needs with compelling, solution-focused presentations.
- Generate and Close Leads: Expand your pipeline through networking and outreach, while converting company-provided leads into sales.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $45K/year, with uncapped performance pay potential, enabling you to earn $85K+ in year one and $100K+ as you grow.
