We are seeking an experienced Line/Pantry Chef to join our team at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort. Our resort has received multiple awards, including Best Date Spot, Best Wine List, and Finalist - Best Fine Dining, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us maintain our high standards.

As a Line/Pantry Chef at Quinn's, you will be responsible for preparing menu ingredients, cooking and assembling dishes, monitoring portions and quality of food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will also be expected to work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu ingredients and cook dishes to meet our high standards.
  • Monitor portions and quality of food to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and health standards.
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Proactively use non-peak service time to prepare for peak service times and rushes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line/prep chef is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
