We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ClearSky Health. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute setting.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide quality and efficient patient care according to established standards.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of individualized patient plans of care.
- Implement identified plans of care in accordance with current professional standards and practices.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Teach patients and families using effective teaching methods and documents accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- A minimum of one year recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is highly valued.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse and current CPR certification are required.
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling are common requirements.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
- Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
