Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk/Concierge to join our team at Bonita Springs Retirement Village. As a key member of our resident services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and process phone calls, requests, and questions from residents and guests.
  • Interact directly with residents, checking in packages and mail, and welcoming guests to the community.
  • Respond to resident needs for special arrangements or services, such as transportation requests, housekeeping requests, and maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with the resident services team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking the primary language of the residents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Windows and software to design calendars and signs.
  • Availability to work on weekends is a must.
