Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at The Inn at Little Washington. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring that every visit to our bar is a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
  • Participate in daily line-up meetings to discuss service plans, address any issues, and review guest feedback.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
