Role Overview

At Chili's Grill & Bar, we're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional bar experience for every Guest. This includes possessing up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages, providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages, and keeping glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean.

About You

We're looking for a positive, outgoing individual with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations. You'll need to meet the minimum age requirement of 18 for this position, think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and be able to reach and bend and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds. Previous bartending experience is a plus.
