We are seeking experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurses to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

About the Job:
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide evidence-based care to patients and families across various settings. This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and a commitment to providing compassionate care to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care
  2. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
  3. Providing education and support to patients and families

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A graduate degree from an accredited Nursing Program
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)
  3. Licensure as a Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility
  4. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire
