Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
The City of Houston Health and Human Services Department is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance community engagement and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver educational outreach concerning chronic and infectious diseases, specifically Monkeypox (MPOX), to various communities.
- Availability for after-hours and weekend work may be necessary.
- Engage effectively with the community to promote health initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish, with Vietnamese or Mandarin as a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in administrative or customer service roles is essential.
Note: An Associate's degree can substitute for the required experience.
