Additionally, responsibilities extend to general building maintenance and supporting field teams with various system replacement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine yard work including mowing, pruning, and debris removal across all properties.
  • Conduct minor building repairs, such as changing light fixtures, cleaning, and painting.
  • Assist with the maintenance of water systems, including meter change-outs and service line repairs.
  • Utilize small hand tools and equipment effectively, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is essential.
