Job Summary

Humana is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical excellence team, you will be responsible for developing innovative clinical programs that improve member health outcomes and reduce the total cost of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical programs that optimize medication use and improve member health outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement program initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical pharmacy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification preferred
  • Strong delegation and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience in clinical program development and implementation
  • Three years' experience in pharmacy benefits management
  • Understanding of managed care and ability to generate insights into the business

Humana offers a competitive salary range of $123,800 - $170,400 per year, with opportunities for bonus incentives.
