About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) is a key leader in our B2C Marketing Team, collaborating with the Vice President of Consumer Marketing to develop impactful marketing programs that drive value for the organization and its clients.

This role is crucial in serving as a marketing consultant to client community banks and credit unions offering our banking products to consumers, leading development and delivery of market assessments for their go-to-market (GTM) and prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives to support GTM and prospecting goals.
  • Collaborate with team and external partners to enhance the brand's market positioning.
  • Partner with external agencies to drive adoption of our marketing strategies through data-driven consultations.
  • Manage client communication campaigns.
  • Serve as a thought leader, offering expertise in marketing programs and tools to enhance client marketing performance.
  • Work closely with Client Directors and Marketing Support Specialists, ensuring alignment with current marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain high client satisfaction by delivering effective marketing solutions.
