Your Role: As an Inpatient Program Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering social services that address the bio-psychosocial needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting educational and therapeutic group sessions.
- Engaging in individual, couple, and family counseling.
- Providing crisis intervention and specialized clinical social work services.
- Assessing psychosocial and developmental functioning of patients and their families.
- Maintaining compliance with medical/legal reporting standards.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and experience in family and group therapies.
- CPR/First Aid and CPI Training certifications.
